BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY A credit card is required to reserve all appointments. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking and will only be used when applicable under our cancellation and no-show policy. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This gives us the opportunity to offer your appointment to another client. Appointment confirmations and reminders will be sent by text and email. Late Cancellation · Less than 24 hours
50% of the scheduled service total. No-Show · Missed appointment without notice
100% of the scheduled service total. DomiNails does not remove SNS/dip or acrylic. If you arrive with these products on your nails and we are unable to perform your scheduled service, the appointment may be treated as a same-day cancellation. LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive a few minutes early to allow time for parking and getting settled. If you arrive late, your service may need to be adjusted or shortened to keep the following appointments on schedule. The original booked service price will still apply. Arrivals of more than 15 minutes late may need to be canceled and will be treated as a same-day cancellation. NAIL FIX POLICY We want you to love your nails. If you experience lifting, chipping, or breakage within 7 days of your appointment, please contact us with a photo and we’ll be happy to assess and, when applicable, repair the affected nail(s) at no charge. Repairs requested after 7 days, or repairs needed due to accidental damage, may be subject to a repair fee. Because Dazzle Dry is a traditional polish system rather than a gel enhancement, complimentary wear repairs are not included. Paid touch-ups are always welcome. NAIL HEALTH & SAFETY For the health and safety of our clients and nail artists, we cannot perform services on nails or surrounding skin showing signs of fungal infection, open wounds, active bleeding, or other conditions that may make a nail service unsafe. If we notice something concerning, we may recommend postponing the service until the area has healed or has been evaluated by an appropriate healthcare professional. A LITTLE NOTE FROM DOMINAILS ♡ These policies help us protect the time reserved especially for you while keeping appointments running smoothly for every client. Thank you for respecting our time and allowing us to give each appointment the care and attention it deserves. We can’t wait to have you at DomiNails. ✦
